Clinical enquiries
The contact form is not a clinical consultation channel. It should not include detailed clinical information, sensitive health data or descriptions of emergency situations. Appointment requests are handled with discretion and only for scheduling and reply purposes.

Retention
Messages are kept only for as long as needed to answer the request and to comply with any legal obligations, and are deleted afterwards.
Processors and hosting
The site is hosted and the database operated by technology service providers acting as processors, bound by confidentiality and security obligations. Data may be processed on servers located in the European Union or in countries offering adequate data protection safeguards.
Cookies
This website uses no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Browser local storage is used only to remember the language preference and, in the restricted admin area, to keep the session signed in.
Protection against automated submissions
The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile as a technical abuse-prevention measure. During verification, Cloudflare may process technical browser signals and a validation token. The visitor's name, email address, selected category and message content are not sent to Cloudflare through this verification.

You may at any time request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to its processing and withdraw consent.
